After nearly 10 years in the "workforce" I was truly living my dream life: living abroad, working with empowering women, teaching, coaching and what should have been incredibly fulfilling- yet I had changed. After a long deep dive of personal discovery, I completely switched careers/professions and began creating a life at "home" in Denver.

About Stephanie
Stephanie Vail’s knack for compassion and community started long before her career in real estate. Her prior roles in both education and fair-trade fashion afforded Stephanie the opportunity to travel to nearly 40 countries — yet, her desire to invest in her own community was planted at the forefront of her mind. As an active organizer for Ignite Denver and co-founder of Giving Forward Project, Stephanie is absolutely loves Denver and the opportunities afforded her here, including being a longtime member of The Pledgettes and a founding member Women in Sustainability.
As a realtor, Stephanie helps women and families create and build wealth through bringing their real estate goals to life. Through what can often be a stressful transition, Stephanie guides her clients with education, strategy and creates a sense of ease in the process.
Stephanie fully embraces the Colorado lifestyle and loves to ski, occasionally hikes and loves to cuddle up by the fire with a good book. You can find her hosting clothing swaps, propagating plants, soaking up the glorious sunny days, and chasing after her sweet toddler.
